How To Make The Best Pina Colada Recipe with So...?

Woah, we’re going to Ibiza (Virtually girl!) As we’re all currently grounded, we put together the perfect Ibiza happy mail, full of those summer escape goodies we’re all craving. The weather in the UK is looking a little undesirable this week, so we're living vicariously through Ibiza in a Box. So much so, we’ve named this week, ‘Ibiza Week’.

Not to alarm anyone, but Friday 10th July is National Pina Colada day, which is why our Ibiza in a Box includes the key ingredients for a Skinny Pina Colada.

To create your own Pina Colada recipe using the Vita Coco in your Ibiza in a Box, you’ll need:

2 oz. (4 tbsp) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (2 tbsp) Vita Coco coconut water
1 oz. (2 tbsp) White Rum (If you haven’t hit the 18 y.o. mark, see the hint below on mocktail 😉)
1 TikTok Dance Rehearsal during the shaker process
Optional - Garnish with maraschino cherries and your Ibiza in a Box umbrellas

Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar or cocktail shaker - then pour over ice.

So now you have a summer cocktail, low on calories to sweeten up your day. However - if you’ve got that Friday feeling and the sun does come out to play - why not add ice cream?!

Add 2 1/2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream for a summer milkshake, and hold the rum to make it a mocktail.
